Seung-hyuk and Ilhyun met again by chance.

Kwon Il-hyun is now a part-time worker at Nexus Club, the business run by Gu Seung-hyuk, the boss of Taesung Group, a crime syndicate.

Despite the long years that have passed, Seung-hyuk greets Il-hyun with eyes full of hatred and anger, unlike Il-hyun’s indifferent attitude.

“Hey, did we start selling bodies here too?”

“Kwon Il-hyun, do you remember what I said I’d do if we ever met again?”

Seung-hyuk mocks and belittles Il-hyun, showing raw hatred, which eventually leads to Il-hyun being fired during a cleanup at Nexus.

“Gu Seung-hyuk, you’re the same now as you were then. You’re still a piece of tr*sh.”

“Watch your mouth.”

“Let’s not see each other again, Il-hyun. It’s not fun anymore.”

However, when Il-hyun learns that his father has been diagnosed with cancer, he becomes indebted to Seung-hyuk. Seung-hyuk then proposes that instead of repaying the debt with money, Il-hyun should work for him.

As the two become debtor and creditor, they become increasingly entangled in each other’s lives.

This is the story of Seung-hyuk, a homophobe, and Il-hyun, a gay man, as they navigate through their tangled past and present to move toward the future.
