Among the 10,000 beta testers chosen, 1,000 are globally renowned and ultra-popular Vtubers. But right after the game launches, they’re unexpectedly transported—not into the game—but into a real, alternate world, orchestrated by the game’s developers.

Tomomura, however, starts his adventure far from everyone else in a remote and desolate region. His assigned job in this world? “Apothecary.”

Ironically, this is a job Tomomura himself had designed for Elder Frontier. It’s widely considered the weakest and most useless class in the game.
