Undercover agent Leto is tasked to follow Mr. Johnson Lao, a big time business tycoon involved in a notorious drug operations in and out of the country. It has been difficult gathering evidence against the man who always seemed to know the movements of the Illegal Drugs Unit.

During the ongoing investigation, Leto will chance upon one unexpected man – Samuel Tolentino, the guy responsible for tipping off the plans of the police, a professional seer.
