A 16-year-old boy, who grew up in a radiation shelter, meets an outsider for the first time. The outsider is tall and strong, filled with secrets, and unknowingly attracts the boy’s gaze.

Until a crisis caused by an unexpected mutated creature invasion occurs, he finally makes up his mind to leave the shelter with the outsider and experience a larger world…
