People had often compared life with the flowing river or the vast sea. The parts one couldn’t figure out were the deep and shallow ends. There was a saying that said you’d know what’s inside ten rivers seas but not what was inside a man’s mind but this didn’t apply to me. I knew the minds of ten people but not what was inside even a single river or sea.
