Three years after I passed away, my boyfriend brought his new girlfriend to visit me.

He held her hand, stared at my tombstone, and smiled as he spoke.

“Nuo Nuo, from now on, I won’t be coming to see you anymore.”

“I’m going to start a new life.”

The smile froze on my face, and after a long pause, I murmured, “You should have done this long ago.”
