Kim Mukyeom, the ace of the Greenford team in the English Premier League, a world star, a football icon of Asia, and both the ace and troublemaker of the Korean national football team. He voluntarily takes a one-year loan to the K League team City Seoul, willing to face public criticism and even relinquish part of his salary, all to repay the favor of his middle school mentor who led him onto the path of football.
There, he meets Lee Hajoon, a rookie physical coach of the same age. Though they had been to the World Cup together and had been called up for the national team several times, Hajoon was strangely unmemorable to Mukyeom. Even at City Seoul, he seemed to avoid Mukyeom subtly.
How dare a rookie coach like him discriminate against me, Kim Mukyeom? However, it didn’t take long for Mukyeom to notice Hajoon’s ‘strange vibe’ of avoidance.
