The protagonist, Yagami Souma, is a negative high school boy aiming for a peaceful and comfortable life. He is thoroughly avoiding troublesome things like club activities, love, and friendship.

However, one day, Souma was cursed with [Forced Youth Option] that only allows him to take positive actions. It brings disaster if he disobeys it. Because of the curse, Souma is forced to approach three sisters and join their club activities. In addition, he also has to learn martial arts, which promotes violence that he hates.
