What are the prerequisites for becoming a god-level fisherman?

At least raise a polar bear as a pet, right? Is this not enough? Okay, what about the wolverine? not enough? What about baiji, beluga, great white shark, turtle, whale shark and the like? by! not enough? Add in supermodels, singers, football stars, etc., is that enough?
