Li Ye looked around, trying to make sense of his surroundings. Wait a minute…was he really aboard the Astral Express?

Something felt off. The place was eerily quiet. No familiar faces, no chatter… just him, all alone.

Frowning, he made his way toward the door when—ding!—a Warp screen popped up right in front of him.

At that moment, all his unease melted away.

“Alright, looks like I’ve got some hacks!” Without hesitation, Li Ye hit the warp button.

He planned to pull for a top-tier waifu—either someone overpowered, someone drop-dead gorgeous, or, ideally, both.

But just as golden light burst from the door, signaling a high-rank pull…
