In progress
Two weeks ago, Heeju jumped into the sea to end her life.
The man who forcibly pulled her out of the water was Kwon Gukhyun, the same man who saved her after she lost the will to live after her sister’s death.
He didn’t save her out of compassion or sympathy. He did it because he wanted her to repay her sister’s debt.
“You’re a doctor, right?”
“I’m not a doctor, I’m a forensic pathologist.”
“So you’re good at cutting and stitching. Are you good at sewing?”
“I specialize in corpses.”
“We’ll get along well then. I like corpses too.”
She finds herself reluctantly treating the wounds of a man bleeding profusely from a stab wound….
“You’re as much of a f@ck~ng angel inside as you look.”
“Ever seen an angel who wants to die?”
“Life’s always a bit of a sh~tty joke, isn’t it?”
Gukhyun proposed a deal: work as his personal doctor for five months, and he’d erase the debt.
“No, thanks.”
“Maybe you misunderstood my polite tone. Did I sound like I was giving you a choice?”
“Is this is a threat, then?”
“Think of it that way.”
Her sister used to work as a physical therapist at Kwon Gukhyun’s mansion. His subordinates seem to be hiding something. To uncover the secrets, Heeju becomes Gukhyun’s personal doctor, but she keeps getting entangled with him in unexpected ways.
“Is it your first time giving something so precious to a guy like me? That’s unfortunate.”
She finds herself increasingly drawn to this tr*sh yet charming and sly man.
“It’s not that I’ve been saving it, but rather throwing it away. To someone like you.”
“Then, I’ll gladly accept it.”
In a den of tr*sh, can Heeju truly find out who’s the real tr*sh?
