Between Destruction and Pleasure

“I never would have imagined that the world’s Duke Williams was nothing but a filthy male.”

Catherine looked down at the duke kneeling before her and spat out words laced with thorns. Even in that moment, the duke’s lips curved satisfactorily, as if grateful for it.

“Please tell me, Your Highness. What must this male do to satisfy your desires?”

It was a dangerously seductive smile that made her head spin. Catherine took a deep breath and tightly gripped the hem of her dress.

This man could do it. The only person who could get rid of this rotten, sickening imperial family and get her out was this man.

It doesn’t really matter. After all, this body will eventually rot, so why not just toss it to that male and be done with it.
